Doing a little reading and talk out of liver rescue right here we're talking about the emotional liver so our emotional livers
Now you could say how is it possible that the liver has emotions?
The answer is that with the sophistication of being able to perform over 2,000 chemical functions comes the ability to think for itself
So that's a really incredible thing when I think about that, that our liver actually thinks for itself, which is a big part of how it does so much for us, really.
So it's highly sophisticated, that organ, that organ that sits inside of us.
So it does think for itself.
The liver decides when to access the power of these chemical functions.
So your liver makes a decision.
So your liver is like similar to the brain in many ways.
Your liver actually decides when to use a chemical function.
And if you're wondering like what chemical functions, well, there's lots of them, right?
Converting vitamins, nutrients, right?
Anointing minerals.
That's another one too.
All these things matter.
Creating enzymes, creating hormones.
Yeah, the liver creates hormones.
It does a lot of things for us.
So the liver decides when to access the power of these chemical functions.
It can make its own decisions.
It also stores the information of our lives.
Do you guys got a journal?
Do you have a personal record?
Do you have a personal record of your life?
Do you have a journal?
Have you been journaling all these years at all?
Have you journaled your vacations?
If you've been blessed to take vacations,
have you journaled all the happy moments in your life?
Have you journaled all the sad moments in your life,
which is something that many people do, right?
So your liver actually does something similar.
It stores information about your life in your book right here.
So this is like your liver book.
So that's what it is.
So that liver of yours is storing all this information.
This blows my mind every time I read this from Liver Rescue.
So it also stores information of your life.
And that means your whole life, though.
That doesn't mean like just last year, two months ago, last week.
That means going all the way back from when you were born.
But even more than that, your liver is storing information of your life when you were in the womb, right?
So that alone is just incredible.
Given that level of ability and responsibility, how can it not have emotions?
That's something that I think about often with the liver is the liver having emotions.
Because it does.
it can store emotions it can have its own emotions too and that's an incredible piece of information
right our livers aren't made out of metal wires and plastic so this isn't a metal device or this
isn't a computerized device it's not anything like that so it's not made out of it it's made
out of flesh and blood so that's what your liver is made out of so that means it has this other
intelligence level, right? Intelligence level that's connected to above too. So that's something
important to know on its own because, you know, mechanical things don't, doesn't have that kind
of intelligence being connected on that level, spiritually above, connected in all kinds of
different ways. When someone receives a liver transplant, and some of you guys might've had
a liver transplant that are watching this now, the person can take on patterns that the donor
exhibited. So that means that if you get the liver transplant, right, all of a sudden you're taking
on, you get your new liver, you have it, and you're all of a sudden taking on different kind of
things, right? Traits or patterns and things like that. Different tastes for food. All this stuff
can happen, the liver recipient becomes emotional in ways that she or he has never become before.
Think about that one. So, and I've talked to a lot of people throughout the years that had a liver
transplant and they were emotional in a different way that wasn't how they used to be, but they were
emotional in a way that the donor was because some people have known the donor and that's something
interesting too most people don't there are some people that have i know this one patient that had
a liver transplant and knew where the liver came from they knew the person it came from and they
knew the person well and what happened was that person had these emotional ways about themselves
while the person actually then started having those same emotional,
like exhibiting the same emotional responses, right?
So that means the person with the liver transplant can have new desires,
new thoughts, new cravings, new hobbies, and new dreams at night.
That alone is incredible, right?
The person can have the same dreams the donor had when he or she was alive.
That is very interesting. And new dreams in the sense of goals and aspirations.
That's the power the liver holds because it's a living, emotional, thinking and breathing, functional, functioning part of our bodies.
In truth, whether it was a liver you received via a transplant or one you were born with, right, your liver has to make more decisions than you do in any given day.
so that takes us to a whole nother thing so which so much to do again which so much to do
how can it not get emotional so it takes it takes us to a place where how many decisions do you make
in a day in your life where your liver's making them constantly non-stop decisions on keeping
your body regulated right producing all of these different nutrients converting them sending them
mouth, right? Sending enzymes out of the liver to do things for you, right? All of that. And then
the sponging up toxins and all the garbage and junk and all that stuff that your liver absorbs.
The liver plays a huge role in our emotional state of being. A prime example is when the
liver goes into spasm and a lot of people don't sleep good at night because their liver is doing
the spasming. That's why, because that's what's happening. So the liver's like doing a spasm,
and they don't know it, but it's waking them up. And then it's keeping them up because the liver
spasming. So that's important all on its own to know. Prime example is when the liver goes into
spasm, it's similar to when a person throws a tantrum. Did you ever see a person throw a tantrum?
Maybe it happened in your life where you threw a tantrum, right? You just had it. You had that
limitation. You were at that place in your life where you're like in that moment of time
where you were pushed too far and you were just like, that's it. I'm going to react. I'm going to
have an emotional reaction of some kind. Right? So it's the same thing. The liver spasms are the
organ's attempt to free itself and ignite new energy when it feels confined or held back.
So if your liver feels confined and held back, it'll go into spasm to kind of reignite that new
energy to reignite that new sensation, right? New power. Sometimes a spasm will even set off your
own emotional reaction. And that's something people don't realize is that you can get emotional
because your liver is having an emotional spasm and it can radiate out throughout the body and
throughout your own sense of feeling, your own being. So, and it can make kind of causing you
to feel like you're caged or trapped. You ever have that feeling? Like you feel like you're
confined or you feel like you're caged? You feel like you're trapped? That kind of sensation,
right? And you just need to like do something or something. You need to shift in some way.
Well, that same kind of feeling, right? So that's it. Like you need to go out and go for a run or
try to run or want to run or either way or go for a walk or that sensation to wanting to crawl out
of your own skin. And all of that can happen when the liver spasming and the liver becomes emotional
because remember the liver, it thinks for itself. It's working for you. And it's really a luxury
when you think about it. It's truly a gift. When you think about what your liver is doing,
when we're living our life, the funny thing is we tend to just throw a lot of heat on the liver.
We tend to eat the things that our livers don't want. We tend to take things our liver doesn't
want. We tend to drink things our liver doesn't want. And we tend to bombard our liver and throw
so much heat on our liver. Right. And that's really difficult because our liver is really
emotional. It has to balance and take and take out the trash every morning. It has to try to
defend us, has to try to kill pathogens that enter into it. And we tend to throw a lot of junk and
garbage at our liver at the same time. It's really incredible. All of it. That concludes this week's
newsletter right exclusive newsletter and I can't wait to see you guys next week
